Chris Brown: 'Dear media, I'm not going anywhere'

Chris Brown has told the media that he is "not going anywhere".

Brown, Last night left a series of messages on Twitter aimed at his critics, has posted a new comment directed at the press.

"DEAR MEDIA.. Ur plan is not working," he said. "I'm not going anywhere so get used to me."

He then deleted the message, before replacing it with one reading: "Be HAPPY!"

The singer's appearance at this week's Grammy Awards has been widely criticised, as Brown and his then-girlfriend RIhanna pulled out of the 2009 ceremony when he assaulted her hours before the show.

Brown was sentenced to 180 days of community labour and five years of probation for the attack.

Last November, Brown hit out at those who have criticised him on Twitter, calling for them to "grow up".

"That s**t happened three years ago," he said, before again deleting the messages. "I wake up thinking of living my life..... YOU wake up thinking of me...U dont have to respect me now... but u will."

Brown and Rihanna have reportedly been meeting one another in in secret.
